We Are His Temple
This area of content will be hard at times too, but I wanted it to have it's own section that will either tie into the posts on :THe Hard Things" section or I may just do it all here. We are the temples of God and our bodies should be treated as such. Here is where you will find my struggles and success to a healthier lifestyle. This is where I will share recipes, food swaps to make your favorite foods a bit healthier as well as gluten free foods. My progress will be here as well.
